Testing Resilience: Stories of Volunteer Swabbers

Thanks to the efforts of several hundred Singaporeans and foreigners who stepped forward, many companies trained their own teams of volunteer swabbers to screen for COVID-19, adding valuable capacity to Singapore’s testing capabilities and building resilience in the healthcare system throughout the pandemic. We spoke to some of these selfless and dedicated volunteers to hear about their experiences and what motivated them to step forward.
