Cedar Holdings and Aspen Holdings, whose shareholders are Temasek Holdings, Siam Commercial Bank, Khun Surin Upatkoon and other Thai investors, completed their tender offer for Advanced Info Service Pcl (AIS) today with 9,096 shares tendered in.
