Mr Fu Chengyu will be stepping down from the Board of Temasek Holdings with effect from 15 November 2024.

He will continue his engagement with Temasek, focusing on China-related matters, and be appointed as a board member of Temasek Capital (China) Holdings, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek, effective the same date.

Mr Fu was appointed to the Temasek Board on 11 February 2019.
