Dilhan Pillay SANDRASEGARA
Executive Director &
Chief Executive Officer
Dilhan joined Temasek in September 2010. He was appointed Executive Director and CEO of Temasek Holdings on 1 October 2021 and is concurrently the Executive Director and CEO of Temasek International, which are positions he has held since April 2019.
Dilhan has held various leadership roles in Temasek, including Head of the Investment, the Portfolio Management and the Enterprise Development Groups. He has also led the Temasek market teams in Singapore and the Americas.
Prior to Temasek, Dilhan was the Managing Partner of WongPartnership LLP. He has over 20 years of legal experience, mainly focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and corporate law.
CHIA Song Hwee
Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Temasek International
Song Hwee joined Temasek in October 2011.
Prior to Temasek, Song Hwee was the Chief Operating Officer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES which has integrated with Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing.
Before the integration, Song Hwee served as Director of the Board, and President and CEO of Chartered from 2002 to 2009. He has also held various senior management positions at Chartered, which he joined in 1996.
Rohit SIPAHIMALANI
Chief Investment Officer
Rohit joined Temasek in 2008.
Prior to Temasek, Rohit spent 11 years with Morgan Stanley holding senior positions across its Mumbai and Hong Kong offices before his appointment as Managing Director & Head of South East Asia Investment Banking in Singapore. Rohit started his initial career with Citibank, India and McKinsey & Co in India.
PNG Chin Yee
Chief Financial Officer
Chin Yee joined Temasek in July 2011.
Prior to Temasek, Chin Yee was Managing Director with UBS AG where she was the Joint Head of the Financial Institutions Group for Asia Investment Banking.
CHAN Wai Ching

Wai Ching joined Temasek in 2006 and oversees the Human Resources function of the firm. She also supports the Remuneration and Nominating Committees of our portfolio companies with regard to management incentive plans design, non-executive and executive directors compensation, as well as appointments to the boards of these companies.
Wai Ching’s career in human resources spans 28 years and includes appointments at Fullerton Financial Holdings, Citibank N.A., Singapore Technologies, United Overseas Bank and Overseas Union Bank.

Our leadership oversees our team and portfolio with the support of the following committees, chaired by our CEO and comprise members of our senior management team:
Strategy, Portfolio and Risk Committee (SPRC)
The SPRC reviews macroeconomic, political, industry, technological, and social trends that provide the context in which new opportunities and risks may arise, in both existing and new markets. It also reviews our overall portfolio construction efforts and investment strategies.
Senior Divestment and Investment Committee (SDIC)
The SDIC manages and shapes our portfolio on an ongoing basis and decides on investments and divestments up to the authority limits as delegated by our Board. Investment proposals beyond these authorisation limits are escalated to the ExCo and/or the Board as warranted. Meeting minutes are circulated to the Board.
Senior Management Committee (SMC)
The SMC reviews and sets overall management and organisational policies. These include internal controls, the implementation of our Derivatives Framework, and the Valuation Policy approved by the Board Audit Committee. The SMC has developed the Temasek Code of Ethics and Conduct (T-Code) and constituted the Ethics Committee to assist in its implementation. All employees are required to observe and comply with the T-Code.
